can anyone tell me if the TS smoked type tail lights will fit on an 04-06 regular 3,2L tl? i cant even get this info from acura.

Do you mean if the OEM Type-S tail lights will fit Base TL? Yes, and Yes you can find it here www.oemacuraparts.com or any dealer or Acura parts web site.

ok thanks cause every manufactor i contact says they wont, but i know they are the exact same shape and size; just makin sure there wasnt something that i didnt know or was missing

ok i had to enter in 07 TL, to find them , the type s ones are the black looking ones. thts what i want. but on that link i can only get type s rear lamps by entering in 07. then it still doesnt give a part number or picture.
