Unhappy Rubbin concerns

Will 225/55/16 w/ H&R OE rub in the rear when going over bumps or the front in the fenderwell making turns? I don't want to cut the fender inner tabs so I'm thinking of going to CT springs since they are 1.25" front 1" rear rather than staying with OE which was said to be 1" front n 1.25" rear. My rear has 1.5 finger gap n my front is 2 finger gap. Since I do drive people a lot, with all that weight, i'm very perturbed while driving.

Anyone in the Bay Area know where i can get my fender rolled?

you are basically 20mm wider than stock...and this usually translates to 10mm on each side of the rim. 10mm is about 1/3-inch and that doesn't seem like much, but the wheel motion is dynamic so clearance changes. this is just numbers though...

damn what are you talkign about. you are not gonna be rubbing with only a 1" drop. especially on 16s and dont even waste your money on rolling yoru fenders. im dropped at least 2 inches on ground control coilovers with CL Type S rims and 225/45/17 and still no rub. i even had 19" C5s on my car with the 2" drop and no rub. i dont know why you so worried about only a 1" drop and rubbing.

I serious doubt you will rub at all with stock rims. I used to have 225/40/18 with +45 offset on 18x7 rims, but I wasn't lower and I didn't rub. Take a look at your tires, does it still tuck inside your rear fender? As for springs, I think CT is a better choice over OE cause OE will sort of give you that front is higher than the back effect.

If you're concerned about rubbing, don't switch to CT springs. CT will give you a lower drop than the H&R OE springs you currently have on now. CT 1.75 F / 1.5 R compared to H&R OE .75 F / .75 R.

"H&R OE .75 F / .75 R. "

Those are listed drops for accords. Actual drop is more like jmai says 1"/1.25" from what I've read here.

I've prefer it the other way around 1.25"front n 1" rear since I do drive a bunch of people often. I thought at first the OE's where an even drop like 1" all around..but the rear sags more. So I want to switch it around.
