RonJon Feedback

Just purchased my car, 07' TL Type-S CBP. I'm considering the RonJon Legend? 19inch in Liquid Graphite. Never heard of RonJon before and was looking for some feedback on quality and ride from this brand?

ronjon certinly has quality behind his product lets face it who else has wheels that were made for our vehicals. ronjon has been around though i think probably 90% of his business are acurazine members. if i hadnt joined acurazine i prob wouldnt have herd of him either i have ronjon wheels (1pc-f devotions) and i have the race pedals from supercomputers as well as the TL model (not actually made by supercomputers) if ANY of acurazine's sponsers or venders had crap products im sure they wouldnt remain for long. but back to the product i got my wheels second from another acurazine member and i was surprised at how light the wheel was. my tires out weigh my rims probably about 5 lbs. I am also planning to get the bodykit. i have been on acurazine for a long time (you cant tell by my post#) and i personally havent herd one person who was disatisfied.

How long have you had your set of RonJon's? Has the fact that they are light affected the strength at all?

Ive had my Ronjon 18s for almost 2 years now and never even bent them (knock on wood) despite numerous encounters with potholes and manhole covers (NY streets suck!)
I definitely reccomend them.

One pleasant little bonus, when i went to install my new wheels, the installer was asking if my wheels were hubicentric, I had no idea, he goes on to say, I would need special rings because honda/acura wheels need to be hubicentric, and i'm like shit, I waited all morning...then found out that the ronjons were indeed hubicentric

Sounds good, thanks for the feedback! By the way, did RonJon offer any warranty with the wheels?

if u guys like ronjon wheels go ahead and order them. the legends are a high quality one piece cast design and are as high quality as any other wheel out there especially in this price range. these are not cheapo wheels. u have to pay around twice the price to get a forged wheel as light as these, if u want a multi-piece wheel.

wheels are a wear item. i don't think ronjon offers a warranty. i don't know of any wheel manufacturer that does. u can't run over a huge 3 foot pothole, dent your rims, and send them back for warranty work.

I've posted my thoughts on RJSD products numerous times...don't feel like getting into it all again. You can search for my posts on the subject if you want to.

Other than that, buy the wheels.
