they're called "Verde V36 Protocol Black"... yes, I initially wanted the RJ Inspyres but they're wayyyyy too expensive for me right now.

That looks like one of axis' new models. Not bad, but it's not aggressive at all, IMO.

Dude, these look HOT! The black paint makes the machined face really stand out. Will look great on your Black TL. They do look like the Inspyres.

Anthracite13, go to Ebay and type in "a spec wheel" and it will pull up several being sold by Findlay Acura for $1200. All 3 colors available. I'm ordering mine today.

Mllee, I like them. They definitely look like Inspyres. I couldn't find them on the site...what's the price on those compared to the Inspyres? They will look hot on a black Type S.

I can't see the pic (and no, I'm not at work). Anyway, RJ's aren't that expensive; save up and get some.

www.customwheel.com on the left side there's a drop-down menu named "manufacturers"...click on that and choose "Verde Custom Wheels" all the way on the bottom..the wheels should appear in the middle-ish right side of all the verde options...

Or, I'm sure if you just did a google search on Verde you'll be sure to find them..

They're only about $995 wheels AND tires package...(of course, depending on the kind of tires you want)..

Anywho, my order is placed and on its way...I'll post pictures whenever I get settled down with them.

So I got the wheels this weekend....put them on...back out of the garage and heard this nasty scraping sound. I was thinking "wtf is that?" got out of the car and noticed that the wheels was scraping against my calipers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf?????????

The back ones were perfectly fine, but the calipers in the front are too thick! So I called the place and asked them why the hell they sold it to me if it were supposed to "fit." They said it SHOULD fit but then told me they wanted to see pictures of the damage and were going to send out 1/4 inch spacers for me....

WTF?? I mean, the car itself is still good, but my calipers!!!!

DO YOU GUYS THINK IT'S THE SELLERS FAULT FOR NOT KNOWING THE TYPE-S WAS GOING TO HAVE THICKER CALIPERS????

what should I do? Obviously, going to call monday morning (they should receive pictures by then) and talk!!!!

I mean, besides all this crap that just happened I LOVED how it looked (before I backed out, of course).

That sucks, partially your fault to, you shoulda realized that it was gonna hit the calipers when you mounted them up, or at least give them a spin while still in the air to make sure they clear

It doesn't really matter what they "imitate"...I'm not aware of Audi stuff and I sure wasn't trying to achieve an audi-look. I like 'em! Mainly because it looks plain/simple/clean to me.
