Process of fitting G37 wheel on my TL
I just purchased g37 sport rims what do i have to do to get them to fit right with out any problem, rubbing, camber wear etc. I have an 04 tl with aspec kit on it and its not lowered.

245/40/19 is the size for g37 not TL. Do not run that size. Your speedometer will be off and your odometer will have higher mileage as a result. Not worth it. Also since the rims are staggered, see if you can get either 4 front rims or 4 rear rims.
It shouldn't rub at stock height but if you lower it, it probably will

I already got them. There a set so its front and back. This tire size 235/35/19 should prevent the speedometer from changing? Also if i lower how much and if i do thats where i'll need the fender roll right?

I checked it out but it seems like nobody really had a definite answer about the the tire size staying the same in the front and the back. And there were various tire sizes. I dont mean to be a pain in the ass but the rims arent on my car yet so i want to do it the right way and info from someone thats had a set up with little to none changes in the speedometer. Then i'll look to lower and get spacers and fender rolls.

With 235/35s your speedo will be off by .6% which isn't a lot...
You could've gotten away with 225/35s. Get appropriate hub rings and lug nuts. A lot of people have had problems with the wheels coming off due to having the improper nuts.
A roll will be required. Mostly in the front but it doesn't hurt to have rears rolled as well.

So I've come up with 235/35/19 with 8mm hubcentric spacers, 12x1.5 shank type lug nuts and the center bore of the tl is 64.1 and the centerbore for the g37 is 66.1 so that means the hubcentric ring is?Also should i go out further with hubcentric spacers? So if in the future I could get brembros.

Also trying to avoid a fender roll just got a new paint job is it possible to drop and inch or a inch and a half with out the roll. Need i remind you i have an aspec lip kit so would i even need a drop? Sorry for the confusing questions I feel like I'm all over the place. There's just so much you have to take in account.
You have the correct lug nuts and hub ring size will be 66.1 - 64.1. You can purchase them on eBay.

Should i get spacers? I have stock brakes. What size spacers if i need them? Also I found out my fenders are rolled already on 3 and on the 4th its halfway done.

You don't need spacers, just hubcentric rings.

G37 rims
So I got my g37's on and its looks great but a little high. I went with 235/35/19 in the front and 245/35/19 in the back I wan to lower it but not sure how much. I was thinking an inch or an inch and a half. I wasnt really wanting to get coilovers because of the expense but instead lowering springs. I also noticed the the back was lower than the front so would i have to lower the front more and the back less? And what are some good lowering springs and what type of lowering springs?

I highly suggest you save up and get coilovers. Some allow you to adjust both ride height AND stiffness which is great. Yes, initially springs are cheaper, but you are stuck with the ride height and ride comfort with no available adjustments. Also, while it's not guaranteed to happen, you run the risk of blowing a stock shock when fitting lowering springs to them.
If you insist on getting springs, search around for pictures of TLs with H&R Sport and Race springs, along with TEIN H-Tech and S-Tech. Those two are the most commonly used by members here. Stay away from Eibach Pro-Kit; they lower the rear of the car more than the front, giving it a reverse rake look which is horrid.
