I was going to go with Volk, but a company called DPE gave me a guess it's called a sponsorship discount, and I ordered wheels from them at cost.

Cheaper than the set of Volks that I wanted that cost $2400. I got 3 piece forged DPE wheels, and they wont let me post the price.

Great thread, it's sticky material, but I would edit it and list the owner, car, wheel style, finish, and the tire size.

Volks are played out, too generic IMO. I say ppl should go different route. Works, Iforged, HRE's, DPE, etc......

I agree that volks have become more popular in the last few years but they are in no way generic. If you are looking for jdm you can't go wrong with RAYS ENGINEERING/Volk Racing!

Where are you guys buying these wheels? I only know tire rack. I was thinking of getting the ASA St3s or the Mille Miglia FXs. What do you guys think of those. The most I want is 18s

For those with the NBP TL...

...Consider ordering a set of those black spoke TE's with the polished lip.

you guys with 19s... seems like you got rubber bands on the wheels. i dont think this will hold out here in NYC. roads are too messed up

can anyone take a pic of how 35 tire looks on a 19" rim up close and also compare it to something like a $1 or something to that extent.
