1.Brand of Rim - BBS LM replicas
2.Rim size (diameter and width) - 18x9 all around
3.Offset - +35 all around, +15 spacer in front and rear (added another +5.5mm(old spacers from old wheels and smallest i could find locally) to front to clear brembos) effective offset front +14.5, rear +20
4.Brand of tire - nankang
5.Tire size - 215/40/18 all around
6.Drop Type and Amount - FF type 1, pretty much as low as it can go without bottoming out on big dips, etc
7.Do they rub - only front up parking lot entrances/driveways, front fenders kinda rolled and pulled. rear untouched since no rub, all natural camber.
8. Transmission type (use of spacers if 6MT) -6MT +15mm +5.5mm in front to clear brembos, temporary until i get a 20mm spacer. But its been fine for the past 3 weeks, checking for loosening every week.

Just ordered a set of 19 Niche Milan 19 x 8.5 with 235/35/19 wheels. Replacing factory A-spec 18's. Im lowered and from my research, they will not rub. We'll see once I put them on.

Im lowered 1.9 in the front, 1.2 in the back. Switching out from original A-spec 18" and going to Niche Milan 19x8.5 +45 all around with 235/35/19.

Will I rub without rolling fenders that is?

with those specs so close to factory and that drop, I doubt you'll be rubbing. Even while on my old 18x8.5 +35 I didn't rub with 245 40 18 tires, I wasn't as low as I am now though, just maybe half an inch to an inch higher and my fenders weren't rolled

8.Transmission type (use of spacers if 6MT) - 5AT, No Spacers Yet(20F/25R) most likely will be done after I get the fenders rolled.

They look like Volk TE37. But a lot of companies make replicas. Hard to tell from that far away.

You managed to fix 10" diameter rims in the front with no problem? Car looks great, I'd just be shocked if there wasnt any special mods needed to get the front set to work properly.
