New Rims
I am going to get new rims - 18inch. I am thinking about Racinghart (C-4 or C-5 three piece) or Volk (GT-C).
Anyone have any comments or suggestions. I am probably going to put 225-40-10 tires by Toyo (A1-s?) Thanks.

As long as you get the Racing Hart and not the Racing Hart EVO one's then your ok. BTW, I think 10 inch. rims would look funny on a TL

Also if anyone could photoshop it I would appreciate it.

19s will be out of the question because i could only find widths way too wide (and have too low of an offset) for our cars. face II has the depressed center and that looks very nice but the size that fits is 18x8 with a +44mm offset in the low disk style. for the flat center face I, you won't have any issues with either the medium or low disk styles. you would want either 7.5 or 8 inch widths in either 47/50 offset. this means a 225/40 or 225/45 tire...you can try 235/40 is you want.

Thanks for the info. I am not sure I know what all this means. I want to get Face II as it looks like more of a lip on the rim. Any additional explanation would be greatly appreciated.

you already know the two styles. as for the specs, secondary links will show you the charts where i got my info. the (hub) disk is basically the section of the wheel where it touches the hubs of your axles and the style refers to it's thickness (which will affect caliper clearance). if you want to run into and deal with problems about rubbing then you can try the face II. if you want a good setup right from the start, you will want the face I.

I just got a set of BAZO B52 19"
They look great but have not really ran hard on them yet. Are springs something I should look into?

Thanks for the info on the Volks. I really like the Face II look, but I do not want to deal with rubbing. Does anyone have the GT-C 18inch with the Face II style.
As far as springs go, I would definitely recommend them. The car handles much better. The other suspension item I would recommended are the sway bars. The combination of the 2 helps with body roll and road fee. A must if you like to take the turns aggressively. PS - the ride is only moderately stiffer - at least with the Comptech equipment.
