New 08 TL type S NBP
Hey whats up guys...sorry to those who thought I should have kept the 05 M3, but I traded it in for a new 08 NBP TL type S. I have the car with me now, but I am going to take it back to the dealership to get the A spec body kit and suspension. Also I am getting the Ronjon Inspyre 19 inch black w/ machine polish face rims and Sumitomo HTR III tires put on. Hope the car looks really good.
I wanted a more stocky look while trying to customize it a little, didnt want anything too flashy. Can anyone shine some light on the aspec suspension?? I do not know how much the aspec suspension is suppose to lower the car if any at all, so I just wanted to know if I just threw away money for getting the aspec suspension.
And what about the ride compared to the stock type s suspension and 17 inch wheels. Will the aspec suspension and 19 inch rims just kill the smoothness of the ride or will it only make a slight difference. I am going to travel a lot and I dont want an extremely harsh ride. I dont mind the stiffness, as you can tell (drove an M3), but I dont want something worse than that on a nice sedan.
I would love to post some pictures up for you guys, but cant right now. Ill try to post some up before I take it into the shop and then post some up after I get everything modified. Oh and by the way I will have all the original parts that I am replacing like the NBP type body kit, Type S suspension, and the type S 17 inch rimes and high performance tires.

Every does prefer the M3, but its so not practical. I would have loved to keep the M3...however I needed more space, automatic, better gas mileage, 2 more doors, bigger trunk, navigation, basically just about everything in this car is better except the driving ability. But this TLS doesnt even fall that far behind the M3 in performance either. Though I will miss the RWD and all my fish tail u turns and donuts...=). Overall though I extremely happy with my decision...looked at many many cars and this one beats them all.

again...even the m3 sedan is too small...the rear occupant space is much smaller in the 3 series still. Also the trunk space is too small for my liking and the interior still doesnt match the acuras interior.

thanks a lot guys...however still no one has addressed the issue of the larger rim. Does anyone know how much harsher the ride will be between 17 inch and 19 inches with the aspec suspension?
