Need some help diagnosing tire/road noise

Hey guys, got something that's been bothering me...

Problem: I recently rotated my tires (back to front, with the back wheels crisscross to the front). But after, I started noticing some noise coming from the front tires or maybe from all 4 tires. At speeds above 40 and on deceleration, i can noticeably hear a "wobbling" noise. I know for a fact this was not the issue before rotating the tires. The condition of the tires are very good, tires were bought brand new (Continental ExtremeContact DW 235/45/17) i put about 5k-6k on them since. Was also recently balanced and alignment was done. Tire pressure are 39F and 36R.

This is bugging the heck out of me! Can you guys provide some insights? Thanks!
