I can't even read this due to the lack of punctuation.

if i were you i would try to set the damper settings back to the recommended levels then i would ride around and try adjusting them to your personal preference then i would learn how to use punctuation so we can figure out what you are actually try to explain after all that nonsense i dont know where to go from there as i am lost in my own train of thought since i didnt use any punctuation myself

:fml:

shocks don't jump they dampen so maybe check the condition of all of your components like shocks springs bushings once that is confirmed to be ok start looking at other items like tires and such what exactly feels like crap is it the harshness of bumps is it the impact of bumps does it bob up and down a bunch is it noisy do you feel it hitting the bump stops does it track straight down the road has it been aligned recently

this isn't grammarzine...so it doesn't have to be perfect....and English may not be your first language....

But I can't understand a COT dang thing you're trying to say in your first post either. You can probably read it fine because you're the one who wrote it.

Why not just make it easy for people to help you if you need help?

Go to a shop for an alignment and maybe they can help with your other issues.
