help help help help

My car has been acting funny lately. ive been feeling a knocking in the car. i cant pin point the location but its been getting worse to a point that when its being driven it makes almost a grinding noise when the wheel spins past a certain point. its not the cv boot or axle ive checked that. its an awful noise. my dad says i could have hurt the transaxle? i think i damaged my tranny by being so low. you guys woould know better

could be your brakes or your bearings going bad if its not your axles.

Is it normal for me to go thru those constantly? It seems I have to replace those every 10-14 months. I think I've had my CV replaced 4 times in the last 3 years.

I would blame the brake pads and the rotors on it but have it checked to be sure.

get a new axle, its like $50-75 with a core charge. takes a few hours. theres a write up somewhere. my transmission shop charges like 115 a side, installed.
