My brakes are retarded
Do you guys in an 04 or 05 vehicle notice a vibration/grinding/abs flipping on and off feeling when you apply the brakes while the wheel is turned (slightly) on the TL?
I never have that problem when I brake with the wheels straight (on flat surfaces or at an incline), but the problem always and only surfaces when I turn the wheel slightly (to turn) and brake (to reduce my speed for the turn) on a very, very, very slight downward incline, I get this vibration and grinding sound like my wheels are gonna fall off. It sounds and feels like there is sand/rocks between the brake pads and rotors.
Am I just crazy or is this a major problem? I haven't taken my car to the dealer yet because I know they are just gonna say, "we can replicate the problem you are experiencing." I want to check with you guys first then take it to the dealer.

Ok, you're not talking about the infamous ABS self-checking at 10 MPH after parking for a long time.
And, you're aware of the The Grade Logic Control System, which will auto adjust the shift schedule to downshift to increase the downhill engine braking when the car is on a hill.
Do you also feel vibration/grinding/abs flipping on and off when braking with the wheels straight on the uneven/rough roads?

^^ No it's only when I go up an incline or down an incline with the steering wheel slightly turn or 1/4 turned and my foot slightly on the brake (not hard but firm). That's when I get the sand/rocks in between the rotor and brake pad feel. I had the abs resetting thing when I had a TSX, but I haven't noticed it doing that in my TL when I drive to work in the morning or after I let the car sit for a while (1+ hours). So I am at a loss. I feel the vibration through the brakes and a little bit on the steering wheel. Every morning when I go to work and take a specific turn down this road, I get that problem and I swear it feels (not really sound) like my wheels will just fall off. Call me crazy...
With the wheels straight and on an even surface I do not get that problem. I notice this problem with the TSX too.

It's most likely because you're not applying enough pressure for the brakes to stop the car entirely. Due to the incline, it's probably slipping a bit - what you're hearing is probably the wheels trying to turn but the brakes fighting back.
I've noticed this problem with a lot of cars.

I'll keep you guys updated.

I get a squeel only when I'm turning into a parking position (especially left hand turn) and applying the brakes. Doesn't happen when I'm braking straight. Similar?
