Is it just me or does anyone else have loud tires..

I just bought this car last week, and it has new dunlop tires. Less than 3 or 4k on them.

The first thing that stuck out at me about the ride is the loud tires. Whether the windows were open or closed. Even with the radio on i could hear it..


Also, The middle of the tire is wearing.. Does that mean there over inflated? I'lll try to post a pic tonite. I measured all 4 tires around 30-31psi with a good tire guage..

What's goin on here??

what model of dunlop are they?

there dunlop Dunlop SP Sport A2.. Stock size..

Should i be concerned that the middle of the tire is wearing? or is it normal.

are you doing any burning rubber? cause that will ware out the middle of the tire faster

no i'm not.. I just looked on tirerack.com, actually those tires look like that, so there not actually wearing on the inside.. Sorry, my fault..

But what should be the correct pressure? 30-35???

user prefrence really. i run most of my tires between 35 and 42 psi , but most run their's at around 32-35

My dunlop sport A2's only lasted 24,000 miles (rather than 50,000, which is what the warranty is for), but I do a lot of driving on windy roads...

arn't the sp A2's H rated??? Mine are sooo freakin loud, i'm about to lose my mind driving it.. Even if i turn the radio up i can hear them..

did u have a similar problem??
