I am a newby. Just got my 2008 TL, white w/taupe, and I am loving it. I am so glad I found this web-site and forum. You guys have so much information to give. It is great. I am looking to change her up a little. I love UAwalker808 wheels. I would like to know what kind they are, if possible, PLEASE! If you have Xenon factory headlights, can you change out the amber lights in front, or do you have to buy a whole new unit? Also the back tailights. What is a website, I can go to, to find out about this? I don't know of any websites to start this adventure of mods. I live in Tulsa, OK., and hope to find other TL inthusiast. Thank you guys.

Well 1st of all Welcome...

Get ready cuz ur prolly gon go for broke lol after u have a couple of days in this site...

For the headlights u could clear them up, meanin open them up by puttin them in a oven for 20mins at 200F i believe and then clip of the amber part,

For taillights u could do the 07-08 Base/Type-S swap...

On rims wow many options out there since i kno u have a Automatic correct? if u want UAwalkers look ull need 20x8.5 for the front and 20x10 for the rear, runnin 245/35-20 front and 255/30-20 so get ur pockets ready lol

I am a chick, but love cars and going fast. I grew up in the car business and have had many many cars over the years. American and Foreign. I love old muscle cars, but really love the performance of the foreign. This is my first Acura and I am impressed so far. Can't wait to give it a boost. Not your normal chick !!!!

Sorry, will not put pic on site yet. Yes, I really am and I am 41 yrs old. This is about TL's not pretty faces. I do like what everyone has to say on the site. So much information to to through. Love it. The last 2 cars my hubby and I pumped up was a 2003 Mach 1 Mustang and a Ford Lightening Truck. They were awesome and we miss them, but we are excited about this new adventure with the TL. It's cool, how did you do your cleared headlights? I've heard about putting them in the oven, OEM, and trading them out. I am so confused. Hubby is pretty cool though, you will like him also. Thanks again.
