Make sure the spring perch on the Koni shock is not upside down.

It's happened before -

There are also a few different perch setting on the shock itself, making the Koni's height adjustable (preset heights though).

Yes but the highest perch is still the stock height/setting; it won't raise the car. It just won't lower it anymore.

I would check a few things:

1. Perch - most likely installed upside down
2. Springs - did you put the right ones on in the front and the right in the rear? Although this is unlikely it is possible; your front would probably sag while your rear would be high up.
3. Are you sure it's not lower or not as low as you want? Did you take a measurement? You are still going to have some wheel gap as it's only about a 1.3" drop.

U cannot adjust the Spring...

wat u could adjust is the setting on the Koni Yellows, from Soft to Stiff usin the knobs they sent u in the box.

No.

The only way to change the height of the car with Koni's is to lower actual the perch on the shock. Not sure if that requires complete disassembly or not, but it might.
