New member, new tl owner, but getting back to that discount mentioned earlier, just ordered a type 1 v2 set for $585 shipped. Can't wait. Mod bug got me good

This is untrue. The lowering on this kit is done at the lower bracket and there for the stroke and preload is not altered when lowering more. The shock life as it relates to road use is independent from the vehicle height when set up correctly.

My TSX is lowered 2.25" and so far has withstood my ruthless driving style and 2 track days.

Jeez...sub 600 bucks for fully adjustable preload/rebound/height. It doesn't get any better than that.
