hey, hey, hey...I have +35/45 on my works and I got some concavity...
you know...if you squint real hard and I'm driving by you really fast and it's dark out. My wheels are SUPER concave!!!
LOL...
I know I'm a weirdo, but right now, since I'm sitting pretty flush, I can actually run my driver door mirror down and see the wheel spinning when I'm driving...
Safe, fuck no.
Cool, fuck yes and when rolling, I swear you can see the concave.

well i will be the first to post these on a TL i guess
18x8.75 +20 with 225/40/18
before pics with stern st1's 18x8 +48 with 15mm spacers.
now xxr 527
now i dont know where to go from here, leave them as is with fenders rolled or camber in and go a bit lower, it is a daily driver.
i also run summer tires so i dont really want a alignment or have to raise it everytime winter and summer hits.

I'm in the same boat with this waiting business. I've been looking at falken 452's sitting in my storage unit awaiting the arrival of my backordered wheels and it SUCKS. /rant

Dr.CivicGuy - can you please give us some decent pictures from a non-"artistic" angle so we can actually see what is going on?
I'd like to give you praise, as they offer promise of looking nice, but the pictures provided are just aggravating.

I got mine today and these wheels are just pure sex in chromium. It looks like black, gunmetal, silver and gray at different angles. I am thinking I'll need to run 215 on these.

^ yes it will no reason for you to run nasty camber like that because its not like your offsets are "that" aggressive in the rear where you cant fix that with some camber arms and run a more normal camber

how much are they charging you to roll fenders?? Im sure someone local can do it for you cheap... i found a guy on craigslist out here that shaved my fenders instead of rolling for $80 looks good.... with rolling fenders on a TL they tent to bulge at the front and back since the fedners jog in and the roller will push those areas out more than the top just a lil FYI

no i didnt get these i just know they are coming out pretty soon.... they are going to have like a huge lip
18" staggered Front will have a 2.75" lip and rear a 4.25" lip!!
too bad no 19" sizes
20's will be ridiculous with a 3.25" front lip and a 5.25" rear lip!
yea $150 is a lot check your local area on azine and ask if anyone knows a good roller...
i opted for shaving/cuting off the inner beed that way i dont have any funky bulged in my fender it looks completely stock and i have more room than just rolling alone since i removed that entire inner bead.
its pretty easy i could have done it myself if i had known how he did it... just 4" angle grinder with metal blade cut it off then a grinding attachement to smooth it out and then a metal file to make sure to hit any burs
