Finally Ordered My Wheels!!

They are DPE R05 Variant S's in 19x8. Lip size will be 2.5-3 inches in front and back.. I ordered them in Titanium Asphalt and should have them in about a month and a half. Up close they look like mercury silver, and from far away they look much darker, absolutely love these. Got an amazing deal as well.. Here is the website and some pictures of the wheels!! I'm really excited, I also ordered my Tein Super Street Coilovers yesterday as well!

Here are the same wheels in brushed aluminum...

What do you guys think? DPE is in the same leagues as iforged and HRE, almost as expensive too and their designs are a bit different.

Excellent choice, however, you should have gone with 19x8.5, that would be the correct size.

19x8.5 doesnt have any benefit in terms of a larger lip or anything like that, and DPE prefers to make them in 19x8. I stuck with what they were willing to give me, I got them for less than a set of Volk Te37's, I couldnt turn it down or argue for 19x8.5's. From my sources, with an aggressive lowering on my teins of about 1.5 inches, I actually will benefit from the 19x8's... Not really much of a difference in a .5 inch wider wheel, at least from what I've been told...

Lokius .... atta boy. thats a substantial wait, but theyll be there before you know it. i had to wait 4 months for a greddy SP cat back exhaust for my legend and that almost killed me. what offset are the rims?

take some pictures after you get everything installed and mounted.

Hehe, well I wont be able to put them onto the car until May, when I get out of school. So I'm not too worried, my last step is to decide weather or not to put the OEM or ronjon body kit onto the car. The interior is completely done, and intake and exhaust will finish off the performance. Tein SS, with EDFC if they fix the issue with the bar, so body kit is my last dilemna..

19's go for around $3000-$3100, depending on where you get them. Pretty expensive huh

moving to bigger wheels, stability is maintained by wider track (wider wheels). Its not exactly a terrible thing to go to 19x8, however, 19x8.5 is the correct size. If I was doing something, and spending that much money on it, I would do it right.

Understandable, I will check if 19x8.5 can be done for the same price...

Update, I just found out that the finish I ordered Titanium Asphalt is also known to some people as brushed anodized, and I managed to get some better pictures of it, so you can see what the texture looks like.

Personally, I havent seen a better finish in my life, however I am quite partial, I did buy these

Can't wait to get this finish!
