Failed by 15mm-need new rear tires. Let me know what you think

ok so got some ichiba v2 15mm spacers to put on front and back to bring my +40 offset to a +25

well anyways even with a lil bending of the fender bead to give a lil extra space my rear tires are just wayyyyy to wide 265/30/19

i was thinking of taking my 235/35/19 off my fronts and putting them on my rears then getting some new fronts maybe a 225/35/19 front

do you guys think the difference in width from a 265 to a 235 would be enough stretch to allow the +25 to work?

heres a few pics to show you what i mean

how does the front look? Take a pic of that please. I was thinking of running some 19x8.5 +20 up front with rolled fenders and 235 tires but it doesn't seem like it would fit.

^ i didnt mess with the fronts today was trying the rears first.... you would need to run a 215 width tire to make it work a 235 fits a 8.5" rim so the sidewalls will be too vertical and rub

now im thinking of getting some new tires didnt really wana spend $700 on tires when these ones have only like 10,000 miles on them

265 is a killer on a tl =[. on my 9.5 im running a 235 with a +22 offset. my front im running 225 which is a 9 with 22 offset
im pretty sure you will do fine with a 235 for the rear depending how droppend you are and if you are pulled and rolled? because im pulled and rolled and i still rub from time to time especially with rear passengers.

Now you have me wondering, because I have 245/35/19 tires and I want a +25 offset, even though your tires are 265 mine has a rather stretched look, I wonder if that will work.

I wonder also will a 245/35/19 work in the rear end or will it still rub?

I want a stretch but nothing too crazy... I just called Discount tires to get some pricing on Falken FK452's 215/35/19F and 235/35/19R $714 out the door... He was a lil worried about trying to put a 235 wide tire on a 9.5" rear rim!
