dgp what rims should i go with?
i have a deep green pearl TL with 20" rims. they are black w/ chrome lip. i am selling my 20's and switching to 18"s for a more comfortable ride.
Should i stay with the same black and chrome lip look or should i change it up a lil????????
here is my car now.
here are some rims i was thinking about.
XXR 523....same look black and chrome...... but bigger lip less spokes. 5 inch lip. here it is on a car
Momo FXL1 ...gloss black with machine lip..... i really like these but i cant find a pic of them on a car. but im afraid the lip wont stand out enough and the rim will just look all black and i dont like the all black rim look. anyone have a pic of this rim on any car.
ron jon inspyres.... all chrome....my car already has a green and black look going but maybe chrome can still be put on. although a bit pricey. if i go with chrome it might not be these exact. but here is a pic just to get an idea of what my car looks like on chrome.
axis speeds....gunmetal with chrome lip
should i go with, chrome, gunmetal, black w/chrome, or the Momos ?

I agree with the guys on the black rims-your car is too dark for the black wheels. I like the RonJon chromes though!

^That is pure money, but I would go with the Axis Speed's in either gunmetal or black. You might want to consider my rims, Privat Netz in gloss black, with chrome lip. They don't have a big lip...but look really good...

wow thanks for the pics ronjon. that is a nice dgp. but i think im gonna have to go with the gun metal axis speeds. ordered them today. will post pics when i get them on. thanks everyone.

ok so i just got an email that the rims i ordered are now discontinued from where i ordered them from. so they canceled the order and reimbursed me. now iim searching for rims again. i'm really liking those ron jon legends. any other suggestions?

I was seriously thinking of getting the Axis Speeds for my Anthracite so I called them up to get a better color sample at which point they told me to not even bother because they are NOT manufacturing them with our bolt pattern. I said their website said they were but he insisted they are NOT. FYI

i really like these rims and im really close to buying them. but what suspension and what size tires are on the car in the pic? if i get these rims i want to go with the exact setup as the pic.

I know this guy is a member here, but I don't remember his sn. I'm goign to guess those are Coilovers, becasue the front looks very low. Tires are a 235/40/18, 90% sure.
BTW, any wheel with a lip in 18" will look like a 17", thats why all wheels with a lip are advertised as at least a 19".
