Anyone have their rear progress sway laying around?

I have this sway on my car and I'm looking for the weight.
Considering returning back to the oem rear sway to save weight.
Anyone got the weight ?

^i think we've concluded on the 3G side that the weight difference is negligible.
the ability to "lift off over steer" outweighs the small extra weight it carries.

It is pretty heavy. I just installed mine tho lol sorry.

Definitely love it though and I would never go back to the stock one. Although I do understand your reasoning I suppose

You've got to look into how a swaybar works and you'll see that a stiffer RSB can actually help straight line traction off the line.

I was thinking close to that.A seller told me boxed it weighs 13-14lbs.
so 11-12 would be right about what the bar should weigh.

I got 6.8 lbs for my oem sway.
So a atleast a 4lb loss will come eventullay.

thanks

Really,never knew that.
I thought some fwd guys ran with no front sway drag racing.

Do you think I would run slower going to my oem rear sway bar ?

Yep. No front bar is right and a stiffer rear bar has roughly the same effect (well almost) as getting rid of the front.
