AAA says spare tire doesnt fit...
I woke up this morning with a flat on my rear driverside tire. Just had back surgery so I wasnt going to fix it myself :-) anyways I call up AAA and they promptly arrive. The guy has no problem jacking up the car (its lowered on Tein SS) and removes the tire. As hes putting the spare on he tells me it doesnt fit. He says that the brake calper is in the way.
I'm no mechanic but I don't understand how the stock spare doesnt fit. Could I have a wrong size?? Or was he and I :-) just ignorant?!?

From your pics it looks like you have a 5AT, so I don't know why it wouldn't fit. The 6MT uses a larger spare because of the Brembos, but even that should have fit.
I heard of another case like this with AAA, and when someone else tried, the wheel fit.
If it really doesn't fit, then you probably have the wrong spare. It should be a Part No. 42700-S0X-A51, DISK, WHEEL (16X4T)
Did they fix the flat tire, or what? Don't leave us hanging on how you got out of this situation.

Well going back to my ordeal. I put the car on jack stands and using my other car I took the tire to a repair shop. Turns out i ran over the head of a knife. YIKES! the gash was pretty severe. Well I had the guy put a patch so later this afternoon I can get a new tire installed at my friends shop. When I got home I called AAA and they came out again to install the repaired tire.

Do let us know what happens. Why are you calling 3A instead of Acura TLC? They probably use the same contract tow service. Calling 3A uses up the limited # of calls that you can make on a yearly basis.

The part number probably isn't stamped on the wheel, but the size should be, and may help you match it up with the size from the parts list that I gave.
