18x10+22 Rims and Coilover Help :(
So I just picked up a set of wheels with the size of 18x10 with 22 offset all around. The tires that came with it are bald and they look stretched which I don't like. Was wondering what size tires should I get to accommodate these rims. Next I'm trying to decide whether Function and Forms Type 1 coilovers are worth getting? If anyone has them on their car, would you mind letting me know your opinions on them? Ride quality, any noises, etc..? Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

18x10 +22 wheels are going to require you to stretch tires anyway since you're planning on lowering the car. 225/40 up front and 235/40 in rear should be fine. i would personally do 225/40 all the way around but that's just me.
F&F coils have a bad reputation around here. clunking issues, noises, no damper adjustments. lets just say there is a reason why they are the most affordable ones out there.

They will stick out about 2" more than the stock rims, stretch, pull, roll, camber

Is camber necessary? I've decided to go with Tein SS coilovers and going to pick up 225/40 tires. I'm planning to just roll my fenders and lower the car to no wheel gap, is that a possibility? I really don't want to install any camber arms/etc..

You will need a rear camber kit...Fronts can clear from natural camber...This is aggressive..If you are dropped more then 1.5 inches then you should run the tire specs of 225/40 all around...(atleast 2.5 degrees of camber)..IMO
