I think that big rims look sweet, but aren't too practical. I like 17"s because they aren't too heavy, and still leave enough sidewall to absorb some bumps.

My question is there an aftermarket rim that fits the 2004 TL that has a wide rim? like 8.5" or 9" ?

I've looked around, but haven't found any other sizes other than the A-spec 18 x 8.5 Acura rims.

get the optional 18's from acura....those are HOT

 

there are a million wheels with8.5 and 9 widths. the choices are almost endless. its all up to you. what brand you wanna go with and which model u want.
