Unhappy Worst Experience At The Dealership

Today 11/04/06 I went to McGrath Acura of Morton Grove. 9105 Waukegan Rd. Morton Grove, IL 60053 Phone: 866-290-5139 Service Department at 1-866-628-5555. I went there about my sub. It did not work the way it worked before. The sound was so different. Anyway, they said that they need to take the back seat out in order for them to get to the sub to change it. Wen they said they are done, I took a look at the car, checked the sound and the seat was in place.
When I got home I took a second look at the car and that was the time when I realized that they did a damage to my car. First, the seat was in place but I was able to lift it up with no problem. Second, right under the side skirt they scratched the panel. Even the door sill was scratched. So should I go back to them and let them know?

The seat is a no brainer. They didn't install it correctly. The other damage will be difficult since you didn't notate it at the time of delivery. If it's a stand up kind of place, they will take care of it for you. Otherwise, they will just claim it wasn't like that when it left and tell you to pound sand.

The rear seat is a retarded. there're two clips that secure it on the front, and two bolts in the back, its a pain to take out and put back, but they should've done it right regardless. someone got lazy and sloppy.

take it back asap.

I took it back to the dealer. They fixed the pain scratches. About the clips and door sill they said that they have to place an order. So I'm going beck to the dealer on Wednesday.

Next they'll tell you that the RJ kit voids your warranty on the sub due to aftermarket modifications... LOL

Was it you that had all the problems with them due to having a CAI installed? Someone needed new motor mounts and they were blaming the CAI and wouldn't help them.
