Wobble in Steering

Guys,

I just installed Nakayama 18's for rims and Nexen N3000 235/40/18 for tires. Ever since, I've been having vibration issues.

The problem first started at 80kph. They installed spacers and the problem went away until 120kph.

I had the wheels balanced a few times and they say it runs perfect.

The reseller thinks it has something to do with the rotors and pad as they are warped from braking or the VSA.

Any suggestions?

I was going to say get them balanced because thats exactly what happened to my friend and that fixed it. But other than that, I dont really know. Some one will chime in soon enough. Good luck!

Well there are alot of possibilities, balancing is the first, also have them check the roadforce of each wheel and see if they all pass. There are also a few other possibilities, axles, brake rotors, alignment. It sounds like they put hubcentric rings on the rims not spacers, which shound minimize vibration!

Thanks Guys...I'll get these suggestions checked out. So far, I got the wheels balanced. I doubt it will be the axles, brake rotors, alignment as the problems didn't exist with the stock rims and tires.

I'll check in later with the results
