Wire a Custom DRL to two GROUND? safe?

Hi, just a quick question here, I tried to search but couldn't find any direct answer.

Ok, I custom made a DRL. I wired it to the fuse #32 for the positive and ground it to the packing ground which is when I move the shift out of P then my DRL will light up.

My question is can I ground it to the dome light too? Because I want it to light up when I unlock or lock my car.

So positive to fuse #32 for constant 12V power and negative to both packing ground and dome light ground.

Is that Safe?
