Found some coolant residue

I found some coolant residue near the radiator fill cap. It looks like it's leaking from the rubber tube. I cleaned up the area and checked it the next day and the same area has the coolant residue again. I'm guessing I just need to replace the tube? The tube does seem to be a bit loose.

Remove the tube and check for a crack, or if just loose, use a wire twist clamp to tighten.

Just about every Tl i've seen leaks there. Throw a small (narrow) ziptie on there.

Thanks for the pic OP - this is exactly where mine is leaking as well. I tried a zip tie and it still got through. I will try a twist clamp next.

Funny this was brought back to the top today. I smelled coolant and found a few drips. Looks like my ziptie is failing after 4 years.
