Hi. I’m having an issue with the wiper sprayer not working. Previously the hose had gotten torn by the front passenger tire this past winter. We’ve reattached the hose that came undone and it’s not spraying still. I was able to get at where the nozzle is in drivers side by snapping up the plastic engine bay piece and the line is flat as in no liquid in it. I don’t see it leaking anywhere anymore like it was before when it was detached. Does anyone have any tips etc on how to fix this? The pump does make noise like it’s working by the way when I try and spray it.

 

First I would make sure that the pump is working by disconnecting the hose, at one of the closest points, near the pump and have someone activate said pump. If you get washer fluid at that point, as a result, reattach the hose and find another place, upstream, to detach and test, to find / eliminate points of blockage. Just because you hear the pump 'make noise' does not mean it is primed and functioning.
