Windshield Wipers dont work after cold day
Okay so as I can recall, my wipers were working amazing one night and I had no problems what so ever. The next morning however it was and still is completely dead. It wouldn't move at all and I've been researching it for a couple of weeks with no answer. There are some other forums where people are saying to check the 11th fuse (which I did and it looks perfectly fine) and then there are others saying to replace the 17th or 18th 7.5A Fuse with a 10 amp? I tried that and I still got nothing. I just wanted to make this post to get a solid answer3 on what I should do. I am aware that there was a recall on the wipers, so would they even bother to fix it even though the car has 90k miles? Or would they say its not they're problem?

Check under dash 20-21-11-7 (all 7.5a but #11 which is 30a).
Check under hood fuses 22-23-15 (unlikely to be one of those).
No other fuse is used in the wiper circuit.
If those fuses turn good, then we can move on to more troubleshooting. Likely switch or motor.
