My front right passenger window is going up and down slow, how hard is that to fix/replace the window regulator.....Anyone know??? I'm sure I could do it myself I've replaced them before but I just wanted to know if anyone else has had to mess with them.

 

They are a common problem on some TL models
You could try to lube the run channel and even take the panel off and inspect inside there.
Sounds like the motor might be going bad

 

alright thanks, how hard is it take the panel off or is it basically like any other cars door panel?
