A friend of mine bought an '05 TL. The car shifts perfect up and down. The problem is that it seems like it takes to long to engage from park to drive. Like 3 maybe 4 seconds. It feels like it engages, then engages again. Mine engages a littler quicker, so I assume its not normal. His fluid looks fine also, and we have already done a 3x3 and filter.

 

Replace shift solenoid C.

Inspect the screens under pressure solenoid A/B & C.
