Could be too tight tight or could be something with the pulleys.
Looking at the video the noice sounds like timing belt and it matches the speed of it in the second where you go near it. Thats my guess but I'm no mechanic.

It could be an exhaust leak. Also check your intake to see if the vibration mount broke off the intake. I have a similar sound but not as loud cause the intake was hitting the frame of the car since its not held on by anything.

I'm glad I found this thread.
I have that exact clacking noise, but in the front bank of cylinders towards the passenger side. It's consistent with RPM's and rises and falls with the RPM's. My research is pointing to valve adjustment as well.
Please let us know if valve adjustment fixes the noise for you!

Sounds like maybe a few different noises but I have the ticking / clicking on mine too, very much like what's going on in your second video from Mar. 10th ... kinda like an exhaust leak but not ... it's nagging because it really stands out, would be a quiet motor otherwise. Quiet on start-up, then starts to say hello as the motor settles into an idle.

I too have a similar noise in the engine bay of my 07 TL-S. I had a valve adjustment done maybe 10K miles ago but think it went out of whack. Would not be the first time it happened. Other than valve noise it could be the idler/tensioner for the accessory belt, or possibly the adjuster/tensioner for the timing belt. Best of luck in fixing your noises.

Check your plugs, esp the one in the front center, infamous #5, comes loose and sounds just like a valve tick. Do this before paying for a valve adjust.
This happened to me a month ago. Tightened it and back to normal.

Found a couple plugs loose with one VERY loose, torqued them all back down. First thing I noticed was the ticking noise was gone.
Before you pay a boat load of money to have a valve job done, definitely check the spark plugs to make sure they are tight.
Good luck

I have an 08 TL, and it sounds somewhat similar to that sound but it was louder in drive then in park...when I turned on the ac, it also got louder. It turned out to be serpentine tensioner...$91 (oem) +~$40 to install
