What is the cost of changing rocker panels?

Hey guys,

Just wondering how much it would cost me approximately to change the rocker panels? From what I have been told they are completely done and should be changed ...

Also I am bringing her back to the body shop to see what they can do for the headlights otherwise I might just get new ones.

if you mean the side skirt, buy them from a dealer or an online dealer and then pop them on.

The headlight need to be sand down and spray clear coat over it, it will be looks better than new. As far as rocker panel, it just screw and clips super easy to replace, what wrong with your current one?

Some car part place actually classified it as rocker side molding.

No he said the rocker panel was rotted out. I just got the paint re-done everywhere on the car and I need to go back so they can change the windshield since I have a huge crack and they need to change the side view mirrors as well because the right side is cracked and they don't turn anymore lol.

So anyway the body shop didn't mention having issues with the side skirts. But my mechanic said the rocker panels were rotted. So I am assuming it is on the inside.

For the headlights I do not have any of the tools I would need to do it and I sort of attempted to work on it but I think I might need a little man power to get it right lol.

I had a flat tire the other day and some guy helped me to lift the car and one of the clips I am assuming clips from the rocker panel came off so I figure it must be under the side skirt.

I will be sure to mention it lol. As a non-mechanically inclined woman lol I trust some man power can do it right for me lol. I don't mind paying to get it done as long as I am getting what I paid for!

as far as repaint and replacement goes you are looking about $1k in part and labor, the majority of the money paying for the labor.
