Weird Sound I cannot pinpoint

It only happens when the car is in motion and between around 1-30mph (it may be happening at higher speeds but with wind its hard to tell). You can only hear the noise on the drivers side. The noise echos when a car is passing by or I am in the far left lane near a barricade.

Its a weird almost screeching sound in sync as the tires rotate. When I go to brake its a loud screeching noise similar to brake pads that are shot. Once at a complete stop their is a absolutely no noise what so ever.

I had my mechanic look it over and the brakes and suspension components are all fine. He said it could be a rubbing issue due to me running 235s with 18x8.75 and +35 offset and and lowered on Tein Springs and Koni Shocks. I have had no fender work done. But to ME it doesn't sound like anything to do with a rubbing issue. Is it possible maybe something inside my fender is loose and bumping against one of the components in the wheel well?

I am completely stumped and no one seems to be able to pinpoint the issue. I will upload a video this afternoon once I am off work.

your exact situation is hard to figure out over the internet without looking at the car.

yes, to all of those things.
simply put, YOU will need to check all of those things to see if anything is indeed rubbing/grinding.

p.s. it could very well be brake pads.

Sounded like a classic case of brake pad "wear squealers" up until the point you said you checked the pads. Maybe take a look again.

I am having a 2nd shop take a look at it today. Doesnt help that the last shop forgot to put my lug nut key back in the car so now I been trying to go back and forth to make them take the key over to the shop my car is currently at...Talk about a frustrating friday.

Soooooooo turns out my drivers side rear pads are completely gone and rotors have been burned and the caliper seized.

2nd shop found the issue within 30 minutes. get a price quote... $1000 and some change for everything (since you should always replace both sides pads, fix the one rotor and replace the one caliper and flush the system). That still seemed a little outrageous to me.

Called the 1st shop manager (who is the guy who NORMALLY works on my car) and I tell him what the issue was and wanted an explanation for how this was not found. Places me on hold for 5 minutes and then Comes back and says "I want to apologize. I have someone new and he was the one who looked at your car. He did not know you are supposed to check the rear brakes for a brake inspection."

WHAT?!

So he quotes me for the same work being done at just $300 and he would do the work himself tomorrow.

Pissed me off but it worked out okay for me as that is a hell of a price for that work being done, i dont even think he is charging me for the labor.
