Okay fresh oil didn’t fix the oil burning issue, helped a little but still burns over a quart every 1k miles. I changed both upstream oxygen sensors and the car runs better now, better gas mileage and the fuel cut and sensor reading now match on both banks. Still get black soot on my exhaust tips but not as bad. I talked to a couple of people with hfpc and they said there tips get black too. 🤷‍♂️. Before my next oil change I am going to pull the plugs and fill the cylinders with sea foam and let it soak over night, rotate the engine by hand a little and refill the cylinders. Then throw new plugs in and cross my fingers. It’s getting annoying cause my car smokes when I floor it and I look like a shit box going down the road.

i know this is years later but I rebuild the engine. All 6 oil control rings were stuck with no movement, the 1st and 2nd ring were too bad back had some carbon stuck behind them. Car ended up rod knocking after I let the oil get too low. At one point I was burning 3-4 quarts every 1k miles which was hard to keep up with. Saved the motor before it completely destroyed the. Née bearings, rings and valve stem seals etc and it burns pretty much no oil over a 4K oil change. No soot or smoke, I was just unlucky with my engine.
