I was in my TL for about 15 minutes earlier tonight (while parked) browsing XM stations and experimenting with the Navigation system, etc. When I got out of the car I noticed a large water spot on the cement that had dripped down coming from under the car somewhere in the area of the front door, guessing in the center of the car. I had the yellow lights on (forgot what those are called), along with the air conditioner on. I accidently put in a voice command that changed something on the air conditioner that I noticed fogged up the windshield. That was all that I had on.

I'm pretty sure the liquid coming from the car was water as it had no smell. Could this have something to do with the air conditioning changes (like going from cold air to warm air?), or is there something wrong? Nothing seemed to be malfunctioning at least in park. Engine temp is fine, no warnings shown.

 

Rest easy. The water that you observed was nothing more than the result of humidity removed from the car interior by the air conditioner. Perfectly normal.
