i recently found water in my trunk where my spare tire is at after the rain storm and now today i found out my trunk liner near the light is wet and also the side. Dealership wash my car today. This started to happen ever since my window got install.

 

Sounds like they didn't seal the window well. Take it back and have them look at it.

 

They told me that if the window aint seal right then i should have water inside my backseat interior. I told them i was having wet spot around the upper interior and the side.
