Washer dead and mirror control issue, 2005 TL
My 2005 TL's windsheild washer has died. Replaced the pump still no spray. Cheked fuses all good. Also my mirrors will move inward using the control, but not outward. Are the issues related?

The #20 fuse (7.5 Amp) in the driver-side underdash fuse box needs to be replaced with a 10 Amp fuse per TSB 05-033, as that fuse controls some movements of the external mirror, the driver's seat motors, the washer pump and auto-dimming rear view mirror.
Pull the #20 fuse out completely to check, and replace it with a 10 Amp fuse.
Hope that's your problem.

Rats-- I just replied with the same "change fuse #20" message to your new thread. 
The other possibility is that your wiper motor has NOT been repaired per the recall. Contact a dealer, have it run your TL's VIN to see if the wiper motor and power steering hose recalls have been performed. If not, have the dealership do them, then check in and let us know if the problem was resolved.
