My 2005 TL, 6 speed, Great car but a few new issues. The mirrors no longer rotate down when you put in reverse. Also the windsheild washer has quite working. I replaced the pump still does not work. Are both isses related?

I believe its a common fuse between the windshield washer pump and the mirrors, and there is a TSB out there to replace it with a higher amperage fuse. So check your fuses

 

If so, some of your driver's seat controls should be out too.

Replace the 7.5 amp fuse with a 10 amp fuse in the #20 spot in the underdash fuse block-- that is per TSB.

That should bring the mirrors, seat and wiper motors back to normal.
