Angry VSA Light !!!

Ok, I just bought a 2005 TL with 30K on it, the VSA Light came on the 2nd day I had it, so i brought it back to the dealer and they replaced the "Yaw Sensor", which didnt do shit.

So... 20 miles later, the light comes on again! I take it back and they replace the "control module"....which helped for 1 week, then it happened again...but not just popping on, it came on after a grinding noise... so its in the shop for a third time.... what do i do, return the car because its a lemon, how does it work... can anyone tell me if they have had the same problem.

Thanks everyone

lemons don't apply to used cars, at least in my state. But go bac to the dealer and have them check out the entire system. Since you heard a grinding noise, tell them to check all the sensors, suspension compnents, check for shorts in the wiring.

I had a wheel speed sensor get chewed up in its sealed area inside the steering knuckle, mine did not make any sounds that I heard but it triggered the VSA and ABS lights., The sensor pieces could easily fall into the wheel bearing from that location. Mine was replaced under warranty, but its still a mystery how it may have happened.
