VSA is broken?
My car was in the shop for over a month (here in Germany). They did my front brakes and my parking brake. When I picked up my car the VSA "off" was lit up on my panel. The shop claimed ignorance to it. I took my car to inspection here and the guy said my tie rod was loose. So I thought that may have to do with the VSA not working; however, fixing the tie rods didn't have any effect on the VSA.
I'm guessing that when they did my parking brake they messed up my VSA. Any ideas, similar situations, advice or suggestions? Thank you.

@ 01acls .... I know about the VSA button. The button was the first thing I pressed when I got my car out of the shop and saw the VSA warning light was on. I even reset my whole car (battery) to see if that would make a difference but it didn't.
Thanks, pohljm, I'm going to see if I can get someone to check that out and see if that will fix it. Hoping for the best!

Hi there, I was just wondering if you found out what the problem was. I have a 2005 Acura TL, the VSA light comes at random times and the rpm, speedometer and temperature gauge drops to 0 intermittently(while driving ). I'm looking for any help that I can get.

Do you know if the shop cleared ABS codes? I recently cleared all ABS stored codes and this caused a VSA neutral position relearn to be required. Until I did the relearn, the VSA light was on all the time.
Followed the steps in the first post below (but the key is to clear ABS codes then do the relearn in the same cycle, ABS code was 84-01 Sensor Logic Failure.

Hey guys, so the good news is the VSA light is not on all the time anymore. However, very intermittently the the rpm, speedometer and temperature gauge drops to 0 and the VSA light comes on until the key/ignition is cycled.
