Front side markers not working.

Front side markers not working.
I just noticed that BOTH of my front side markers are not working. I got the car about a month ago and honestly can't remember if they ever worked to begin with. Is it common for both lights to go out? I'm thought it might be the fuse but it seems to be in good shape. I found a thread stating that the fuse is #4 10AMP, is that correct? How should I go about troubleshooting?

#4 is correct.
Are the following lamps working...
Front/rear marker lamps and rear license lamp?
Just to confirm... we're talking about the lamp in the fender right next to the door... LED thats inoperative?
Year/model?
