VSA and brake light on
This morning my VSA and brake light went on. When I press the VSA off button, it doesn't do anything and the brake light will turn off once I step on the brakes but it comes back on once I step on the gas.
It has been fairly cold in Socal so I'm not sure if that could have affected the VSA system. I've tried turning off the engine and restarting it and the VSA light/exclamation mark and brake light will go on in about a minute.
When I first drove the car this morning, it was on for about 10 minutes then the lights turn off but came back on the next time I started up the car. Now, each time I start up the car, the VSA/brake light goes on.
What should I check for? From what i've found it could be anything from a faulty yaw/abs sensor, brakes or the app sensor. There is no check engine light on btw.

ck the master cyl cap- remove it and ck fluid level sensor is freely sliding
and electrical connections are clean
the deafult is ON for vsa at startup--you manually override it for certain situations-
then the dash light should stay on to remind you the system is OFF--thats why the light is yellow
I could be wrong- Im gen2 so dont yell at me for trying~

Checked the third brake light and it's working fine.
Checked the master cylinder cap and it looks like it's good. Brake level fluid is good.
It's really weird, when I step on the brake, the brake light goes off. When I let go of the brake, the brake light goes on.

Hey I just encountered this problem, has anyone figured out what da solution to this problem is? My break light and VSA light comes on n stays on but my break pads are fine n fluid is good from what my mechanic said.
