VSA, Brake and ABS light on

Hi guys, new here, and need help with this "problem".

Monday - Car worked fine during the day, as it always has for me these last 2 years (04 TL, auto, non-nav, US model). Wicked thunderstorm rolled in in the evening and started to hail so I ran out to put my car in the garage, but it wouldn't start (everytime I turned the key, it would just click rapidly).

Tuesday - In the morning, no damage from hail thank god, but still wouldn't start (turn the key, and just clicked rapidly, and the battery slowly drained the more I tried to start it). After coming home from work, I boosted it, and it fired up no problem. (Don't know if its related but, the negative electrode on the battery was a little bit "melted", which I never noticed before, and I just put that new battery in last winter). I was going to drive it around (to charge the battery), when I noticed the VSA, brake and ABS light on. I drove it down the street and the brake pedal seemed fine, and the brake fluid was still good. Manual says to bring it in asap if all 3 lights come on, but I'm 4 hours away from an Acura dealership.

Wednesday - Hoping the battery was charged, tried to fire it up, and it did. Also, all 3 lights weren't on anymore, and haven't been since (now Saturday).

What could of caused it? Faulty sensor?, but than why the dead battery? Should I be concerned?

a low battery can sometimes cause an issue with the electronics as the car starts. If a specific computer gets the wrong voltage it'll trip a light thinking there is a problem when there really isn't.

The battery on your car might be a sign of some other things; how long was your car sitting for the day it wouldn't start?

I would check for an parasitic power draw, a big culprit of this is the Hands Free Link unit that's faulty.

The car was only sitting for about 2-3 hours (from last use to no-start). I've never had a problem with the car before.
It didn't seem like a battery issue until the next day, since when I tried to turn it on, it would just click repeatedly (with lots of juice). So if it wasn't the battery, I don't know why my car didn't start.

Only on that next day did the battery start to slowly drain after trying to start it. That's when I boosted it, and the 3 lights game on, but haven't since.

So the 3 lights could just be a trip after boosting it? I'm still stumped with why my car didn't start Monday.
