Vibration at 60mph?

Although an out of balance condition usually is the worst 65-75MPH, I would make certain the wheels/tires are balanced on a Hunter Road Force machine and also check for a bent/damaged wheel, out of round tire, or even a tread that's separated. It's best to try and isolate the corner of the car that is affected e.g, switch tires around to see if the vibration changes.
Not knowing what repairs were made on the car, I would check the axles for damage e.g. bent. Usually in a FWD drive car, any damaged motor/trans mount, or slightly out of square frame, the axles with CV joints are very forgiving, unlike U joints on a RWD vehicle.
Guess you've got to go by elimination.

Bent rims sounds logical. Happens a lot with these 3G TL's. While CV joints are forgiving, believe it or not that ended up being the answer to the vibration problem once on an 02 TL that came in with the same problem. The used car mechanic tried everything he could think of, then finally after a few days, one of the other A techs helped him out and rebuilt the axle. Fixed the problem. Good luck.

A lot of times feeling it on the floor indicates it is coming from the rear wheels.
Swap the left rear with the left front and see if the symptom changes .. if not then move the right side ... doing this can help isolate if its a wheel problem and which wheel.
Other alternate is to replace one rear wheel with the spare and drive it .. if still the same then put the wheel back and replace the other rear with the spare etc.
