Vibrating Sub Woofers! Driving me nuts! HELP
I have 2 JL 12's hooked up to a T1000 Rockford amp. I used to have the vibration issue due to the ANC (Active noise control) microphone located in the dome light in the rear. The active noise control would interfere with my aftermarket subs and cause a massive vibration.
So I fixed that, removed the mic and it went away. Surely enough, here I am 4 times I have had things replaced but this vibration from the subs keeps coming back!
This time, the microphone is out so I know its not the ANC. I got my RF converter changed and the RCA cables swapped, they worked fine for 2 days and then when I started my car in the morning, I didn't hear the subs on and then BOOM it sparked on and heavy vibration started again! I pulled over PUNCHED the amp through the fold down armrest through the seat and it actually went away and the subs worked perfectly! Next time I started car up, same thing happened and I hit the amp and it went back to normal again. keep in mind everything is on and it suddenly turns on 5 minutes into me driving.
COULD this be my amp is going? Or a wiring issue? I've had my audio guy swap there wires literally through the entire car!
I have uploaded a video of what is happening. TAKE A LOOK! I NEED TO figure this shit out!

If you've rerouted all of your wires, and pretty much kicked interference out of the bunch, my best bet would be with your amp/sub wiring. It sounds as if something is being grounded out and not receiving audio input

The amp is bridged and wires go directly into back of subs like a regular speaker. No I havent tested anything but I swapped the cables which I thought were bad, which turned out, not to be. Could it be the subs rattled something in the amp and loosen something inside of the amp? The t1000 with 12's bump real hard. I literally gave the amp a punch (lightly) and it stopped vibrating hard and then hit normally like usual.

Here I was just playing with them and they were off for 5 minutes no sound nothing, but you could tell power was getting to them. I hit the amp a little bit and boom they start hitting again like normal. I attached pictures of the wiring. SORRY my video was long I didn't mean to do it that long, but I put on a rap station so you can see they hit fine. It hits normal like is wrong once they get going. Maybe my amp is fine and something is loose or wired wrong? I have no clue but I don't want to get a new amp to find it wasn't the problem.

Take it apart first. Only a few screws hold the cover on, then it may be as simple as a little soldering. If you have a friend with another amp, it may be worth testing that before you do anything else. See if it does the same thing with another amp. If it doesn't , you'll know your problem for sure.
