I am desesperate!

i bought an 06 tl non-navi with 83 000km 4 month ago. in those 4months i went to the dealer maybe 10times do to tsb's! i few of them worked well but i'm having a big issue with the one most acura tl's have! the subwoofer issue! short story: the dealer did the tsb on the car and also isolate the rear shelf but when i'm listening to music with bass you can still hear the shelf making a weird nose.

so right now i would like to know, how you guys have been able to get rid of this problem?! i was thinking about putting a new sub (the bazooka one) but is it possible that i will need a new amp?!

This is funny, as I was just getting ready to post my experiences with the "Rear Shelf Rattle" TSB B04-043 (http://www.in.honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SB/B04-043.PDF).
I purchased the car a year ago and have been dealing with the rear shelf since day one. I finally found the TSB in the 3G Garage and took it in for repair. The first visit I was told they could not replicate the problem, which is ridiculous since I had a CD queued up for them to test with that I KNOW made the noises.
Second visit, they heard it (imagine that) and agreed to perform the TSB work, which I had printed out and given to the service writer on the first visit. They ordered the parts and I scheduled a third visit to perform the work.
The invoice says,
"CUSTOMER STATES REAR DECK RATTLES
SOP IN STOCK
TECH PERFORMED SERVICE BULLETIN #04-043. INSTALLED WOOL FELT UNDER CHILD SEAT ANCHOR, ON REAR SHELF HOOK AND AT SEAT BELT RETRACTOR. INSTALLED INSULATION TO REAR SHELF. ALL OKAY AT THIS TIME."
If you look at the TSB, there are 7 separate procedures which are supposed to be undertaken. There are 2 other procedures which are to be performed if the first 7 don't work. I know for a fact that some of them were NOT done on my car. I had to perform Procedure #2 myself.
Results: I am impressed at how much this quieted the car. The buzz was still coming from the Child Safety Seat anchor doors (procedure #2) but were gone after I applied the felt (I used leftover moleskin). I should also note that I had the 3rd brake cover replaced during my first visit under another TSB, which is also a procedure for the rear shelf (and makes a helluva racket itself!).
Quieting the rear shelf lets you hear the doors---I had to line the courtesy light covers with felt and also place a few pieces underneath the door panels. Its pretty quiet now, and I am really enjoying it.
If you had the TSB work done recently, maybe ask to speak directly to the tech to make sure he did all 7 procedures. I doubt they did the final two, since #8 involves replacing the seat belt retractor, but you could always press the issue with them. Might want to walk in with a large pizza when you do this!

just put some dynamat or alike on the rear shelf onto the metal around the sub... and if you can do the whole shelf it would be perfect. i guarantee you there wont be any more noise. that sub is not powerful anyhow.
