Very low clicking noise coming from dash when braking
Very low clicking noise coming from dash when braking
Just wondering if this might be a problem or not.
I have an 04 TL, non-brembo.
There seems to be a "click" sound I press on the brake while I am driving.
It is very low and I can only hear it with the radio off.
I must first accel., then step on the brake.
A very low "click" comes from the dash.
This only happens the first time I break.
So I can accel, then break (hear the "click")
If i brake again while in motion, no more click.
So i figured it only happens after I accel, the when brake for the first time.
Anyone ever hear this on their car?
if its normal, i don't even care because the click is so low.
but if it might pose a problem, please let me know.
Thanks!

You may have the issue Click or Pop When Pressing the Brake Pedal . See the last page.
I got the same "click" noise when I apply the break. It's very faint and it only clicks the first 1-2cm when pressing on the break. A_UFO thanks for the link, I'm going to try and that fix and see if it works
Jinro, did you by any chance get your clicking fixed?
